We are a Nebraska-based company
specializing in custom-designed murals for both residential and
commercial customers.
The owner of CHCM--born and raised in Iowa,
college-educated in Missouri, and now residing in
Nebraska--decided
that she wanted to do something other than sit at a desk her whole
life, had always loved to paint and draw, and had some experience
painting murals already, so Camel Hair Custom Murals was born.
Where did the name come from? seems to be the question people want answered. Many of the brushes used to paint CHCM's murals are
made with camel hair, hence the name. Black Squirrel Custom Murals
and Sable Antelope Custom Murals just didn't roll off the tongue as well...
